DeVonne is a major gifts officer for the Eskenazi Health Foundation. She successfully manages donor relationships as well as develops and implements major gifts plans including goals, strategies and budgets to maximize funding for Eskenazi Health. She has more than 10 years of fund development experience in the not-for-profit world and political arena. Prior to joining the foundation, DeVonne served as federal grant administrator for the Indiana Department of Education, public policy manager for the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and deputy press secretary and legislative aide on Capitol Hill. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in broadcast communications from Youngstown State University and is a graduate of the Indianapolis Diversity Leadership Academy. DeVonne is very active in the community, having served on the Herron High School Board, the Indianapolis Bond Bank Board and the Indianapolis Parks & Recreation Board.
