Tribute Gifts

Tribute gifts are often made in memory or honor of loved ones or in appreciation for exceptional care.

• An honor gift recognizes a person on a special occasion, such as a birthday, wedding or anniversary.
• A memorial gift offers a meaningful way to pay lasting tribute to the memory of a loved one while also extending sympathy to the family.

If you would like to make a donation in memory or honor of an individual, you can do so by mail or online. When making your donation, please include the following information:

• Individual to be recognized
• Contact name and address so we may notify family or honoree of your generous donation

There is no minimum required for a gift, and the amount of your tribute gift remains confidential.
