In recognition of this, the Eskenazi Health Foundation Board of Directors approved an $800,000 grant to address factors that cause this tragic disparity. Eskenazi Health’s Social Determinants
of Health team is already hard at work networking with the community and developing strategies to truly make an impact. This is just the beginning. We know there is a lot more that needs to
be done, and Eskenazi Health and Eskenazi Health Foundation are committed for the long haul.
