Caroline is responsible for providing administrative support for the president/CEO and COO of Eskenazi Health Foundation and also assists in the facilitation and execution of administrative responsibilities throughout the foundation. Prior to joining the foundation, Caroline spent more than 12 years as a behind-the-scenes partner to senior level management at several prominent local nonprofits focused on education, affordable housing and other basic needs in the Indianapolis community, providing administrative expertise and contributing to day-to-day business operations and long-term business development. Caroline also has a background in the print industry with a concentration on editing and proofreading.
