Vice President, Major Gifts
Working closely with a larger team at the Eskenazi Health Foundation, Bill oversees the efforts of major giving team members in the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major gift donors to achieve the foundation’s goals for growing major gift donors and contributions. Bill joined the Eskenazi Health Foundation after serving as CEO of Lambda Chi Alpha International Fraternity for 14 years. During his time at Lambda Chi Alpha, Bill championed new and innovative educational programming for 10,000 undergraduate members and helped to bring thousands of alumni members back into the volunteer pool. He established a partnership with Feeding America that has led to more than 25 million meals provided. In addition, he assisted the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation with two successful multimillion-dollar capital campaigns to provide ongoing support for undergraduate members. Before Lambda Chi Alpha, Bill served in various executive fundraising positions at Butler University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Western Washington University. Bill is a proud Butler Bulldog and has lived in Indianapolis most of his life. He is an avid runner and enjoys the arts, serving as past president of the Phoenix Theatre and current chairman of the development committee for Washington Township Advancement Center.
